Responsible for working requisitions of all levels for our Operations and Claims teams; has filled niche positions for Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Finance teams, bringing ~200 individuals to Kin since my tenure.
Quickly became our subject matter expert on our recently acquired subsidiary, Elite Insurance Group (EIG); currently acting as their primary Operations recruiter, filling ~25 roles within the first six months of acquisition in addition to Kin’s high-volume needs.

Dinkel’s Bakery | Manager, Cookie Decorator
Dinkel's was a highly recognized, fast-paced institution that had been in business for nearly 100 years in Chicago. Here, I played a multifarious role, responsible for delegating tasks, leading & developing our team, hiring, creating training manuals, taking orders from businesses & customers, along with a total immersion in customer service. I saw large volume production tasks through to completion and had responsibilities ranging from website maintenance and social media management, while acting as the bakery’s cookie decorator, using own ideas and creativity to implement our designs.
To further represent our bakery, I sat on a panel for Mashable's Social Media Week 2014 for those who manage accounts for local bakeries; I discussed how different social media outlets should be used and the importance of separating and curating content for various platforms. During my tenure at Dinkel’s I made valuable connections with our customers and established wonderful rapport among local businesses.

When I began my employment with Ulta, I became immersed in the surroundings and the impact we made on our customers. I fell in love with what the company had to offer, both in the products and services we were offering. During my short tenure (due to moving), I learned a remarkable amount about the many brands we carried and was recognized by Benefit for upselling and promoting their products with great success.
2009 - 2012
Cookies By Design | Key Holder, Decorator
I became responsible for decorating ~100 highly detailed cookies/shift as well as assisting with any customer service needs. After about a year and a half of providing support to our Naperville location, I was tapped to run our satellite shoppe in Orland Park, were I oversaw daily operations on my own. Here, I managed everything from walk-in customer service needs, baking, decorating, deep cleaning tasks, and cash management.
In 2011, I had the honor of Florence Welch (Florence + The Machine) stop her show to present the customized cookie bouquet I decorated for her, on stage at the beloved Chicago Theatre, my favorite venue in Chicago.

Jamba Juice | Team Lead, Key Holder
At my time at Jamba, I advanced quickly; I had the opportunity to complete our weekly store inventory, oversee our store’s financial paperwork and bank-runs, act as our in-store nutritional expert, assist with hiring and training, and work among a fantastic team in our busy Downtown Naperville location. I was personally invited to attend a management meeting with the company's CEOs, being the only non-GM to attend. Jamba provided volunteer opportunities, which I participated in with Boys & Girls club and Easter Seals.

This was my first job while still in high school; I learned how to deal with order intake systems, food sanitation practices, phone communication, and working as a team in a very busy environment. Consistently recognized for customer service; awarded "Employee of the Month" numerous times.
